Neutrality presumes good relationships with everybody and first of all with ALL our neighbors ! and those who dont respect and try to brake our neutral status or even try to drag us into their Wars are not welcomed here !

but Ukraine became independent and neutral state Simultaneously ! on the Referendum ! where 90 % of our citizen voted for independence and neutrality and 10 % voted against it so after that Referendum Ukraine became independent and neutral as the Switzerland. Result of the Referendum is untouchable and unquestionable supreme Law of the state because it is the collective voice of all our people.

And why this thug wants to have absolute power? to drag Ukraine against the Law into the NATO and then to drag the Europe into the American war to put down the Central European competitors by clashing them against Russia just as the prescott bush (granddaddy of our bush) did it by sponsoring fascists in Germany in the 30th before they captured power.
